Dimensions are in millimetres and are taken from the current drawing for each model. Before ordering, ask us for the drawing of the exact model so the mounting dimensions are checked against your frame — the table is for selection, the drawing is what we build to.

Dimensional drawings

Each series has its own drawing with the mounting interfaces, cylinder support and cradle options. Open a drawing full size to read the tolerances and thread options.

Where this cylinder is used

Selection is driven by the duty cycle, not the catalogue. Tell us the load, the stroke you need and how many cycles per day — those three numbers decide the series and often the port configuration.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

How do I choose between the E90, E105 and E130 series?
Start from the tipping capacity you need and the mounting clearance you have. E90 covers 4–14 t, E105 covers 5–18 t and E130 covers 11–25 t; larger diameter means more force in the same space but a longer retracted length for the same stroke.
What do 3TG, 4TG, 5TG and 6TG mean?
The number of telescopic stages. More stages give a longer power stroke from a shorter retracted length, which is why a 6-stage unit reaches 1,947 mm while a 4-stage in the same series stops around 1,300 mm.
What is the difference between power stroke and total extension?
Power stroke is the usable travel under hydraulic force — the figure in the table. Total extension includes the guide overlap between stages, so the physical length when fully raised is longer than the power stroke alone.
Which hydraulic ports are supplied?
G1/2, G3/8, M22, M18 or NPT1/2 depending on the model and the hose ends you use. Tell us the port type when ordering so the cylinder matches your existing plumbing rather than needing an adapter.

Need this sized for your equipment?

Send the load, stroke and mounting envelope. We will come back with the model that fits and the drawing for it.
