Dimensions are in millimetres and are taken from the current drawing for each model. Before ordering, ask us for the drawing of the exact model so the mounting dimensions are checked against your frame — the table is for selection, the drawing is what we build to.

Dimensional drawings

Each series has its own drawing with the mounting interfaces, cylinder support and cradle options. Open a drawing full size to read the tolerances and thread options.

Where this cylinder is used

Selection is driven by the duty cycle, not the catalogue. Tell us the load, the stroke you need and how many cycles per day — those three numbers decide the series and often the port configuration.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

What lift capacity do the five models cover?
5.5 t on the two 3,660 mm models, 6 t on the two 4,150 mm models, and 18 t on the 5,880 mm model. The jump to 18 t comes with a self weight of 2,600 kg, which is a chassis specification question as much as a hydraulic one.
What is secondary beam width and why does it matter?
It is the width of the subframe that sits on the chassis rails — 750 mm or 850 mm here. It has to match your chassis width; the two are not interchangeable without modifying the frame.
What is jib height?
1,500 mm on the smaller models and 1,600 mm on the 18 t unit. It is the height of the hook arm pivot, and it determines the hook height the container needs to be picked from.
Does the drawing show the valve arrangement?
Yes. The layout drawing labels the base frame, lift cylinder, hook arm, secondary lifting arm and the multiple directional control valve, so you can see where the hydraulic plumbing runs before quoting.

Need this sized for your equipment?

Send the load, stroke and mounting envelope. We will come back with the model that fits and the drawing for it.
