Container Handling

Hydraulic Container Lift Jack

A four-leg hydraulic lifting set for containers, rated 8 t per leg with a 1,700 mm lift height. The legs lift at the container corners, so no crane or reach stacker is needed.

Where this cylinder is used

Selection is driven by the duty cycle, not the catalogue. Tell us the load, the stroke you need and how many cycles per day — those three numbers decide the series and often the port configuration.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

How many lift jacks are needed to lift one container?
Four. Each jack is rated 8 t and lifts at one corner, so a set of four carries 32 t — which matches the maximum loaded container weight this set is specified for.
What is the difference between HCCL8.0XW-4 and HCCL8.0X-4?
Supply voltage and motor. The XW-4 runs on 24 V with a 2 kW motor and weighs 800 kg per leg; the X-4 runs on 380 V with a 2.2 kW motor and weighs 760 kg per leg. Lifting capacity, height and speed are identical.
How high can the set lift a container?
1,700 mm of lifting height at 21 mm/s. That is enough clearance to drive a trailer or a yard vehicle under the container, which is the usual reason for lifting it in the first place.
How much does one leg weigh and how is it moved?
Between 760 and 800 kg depending on the model. Each leg sits on castors with a lifting handle, so it can be repositioned on a flat concrete or asphalt surface without a forklift.
